I am a Martial Arts instructor, specializing in Self-Defense/Awareness. I have been in business in Upstate NY for 12 years. That is my business. I am also the Animal Control Officer for my area. We are not in the "BUSINESS" of selling dogs. We will occasionally have a litter, but it's not my intention to turn my love for dogs into a money making venture. If you are looking for a loyal animal, devoted and true to his family, to protect his family and property, then you found it. The Bulldog is just that. If you are looking for an animal to put a chain around his neck and parade it up and down the street in a feeble attempt to build your self esteem, go away! You will never own a dog of mine! My point of view is that I will keep an entire litter before I let one go to an irresponsible dog owner.
I own Hines type hybrid American Bulldogs, Olde English Bulldogges, and Able Bulldogs. They all are pack oriented, and dog aggression is not tolerated. They are serious and protective, yet sociable with invited guests. They work as draft dogs, and protect the home. They live amongst children, and other animals, and everyone gets along. They go to the karate school and are socialized with unfamiliar children. Socialization is the key to a well rounded Bulldog.
