Puppy Agreement
The ABLE Bloodline is in the developmental stages. Thus, all puppies sold under this contract, will be registered as Olde English Bulldogges, until such a time (18-24 months) where they will be evaluated by Hideaway Bulldogs and Serenity Kennels, for acceptance as breeding stock in the ABLE program.
The Seller, ____________________________, and the Buyer, ________________________, hereby agree as follows:
1. The Breeder hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of $___________________, payment of which is hereby acknowledged, a male/female Olde English Bulldogge puppy/dog, born __________________, by _______________________, out of ________________________________________________, as well as all shipping charges and related expenses with regard to delivery of the puppy/dog to the Buyer, in accordance with the terms of this contract.
2. The Breeder guarantees that the puppy/dog is in good health on the date of delivery. The Buyer agrees to accept the puppy/dog as described. The Buyer has the right to return the puppy/dog to the Seller within three days after delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price if the puppy/dog is found by a veterinarian to be suffering from any disease.
3. The Breeder does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy/dog after delivery.
4. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy/dog in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heart worm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.
5. The Buyer and Breeder agree to keep each other informed of their current addresses and phone numbers.
6. If the puppy/dog cannot be kept by the Buyer, the Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately. The puppy/dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public, or to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place. The Breeder will have the first choice to either: (a) take the puppy/dog back or (b) assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home for the puppy/dog.
7. The puppy/dog will be registered with the International Olde English Bulldogge Association ONLY.
8. The buyer agrees to register the pup with the prefix that he/she bought the dog from.

9. We do not offer cash refunds on puppy deposits. If you are unable to fulfill your obligations to take a pup home, on which you have placed a deposit, you will be welcome to defer that deposit to a future litter. Cash refunds will only be considered in the most extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis.
